These terms apply to the SaptOne Invoice website and subscription service. If a separate written agreement applies to your organisation, that agreement controls to the extent of a conflict.
Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies. You must be legally capable of entering a contract and authorised to act for the business associated with the account.
Account responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, protect login credentials, configure appropriate user permissions and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
The service
SaptOne Invoice provides invoicing, document, inventory, customer, supplier, reporting and related business tools. Features, allowances and availability depend on your selected plan. We may improve or modify features while preserving the essential nature of paid services.
Your data and documents
You retain ownership of information and documents submitted to the service. You grant us the limited permission necessary to host, process, back up and transmit that data to provide and secure the service. You are responsible for accuracy, lawful collection, statutory retention and the commercial or tax treatment of your records.
GST and professional advice
The service assists with calculations and record preparation but is not legal, tax or accounting advice and does not replace review by a qualified professional. You remain responsible for invoice accuracy, classifications, filings and compliance obligations.
Subscriptions and renewals
Paid plans renew automatically for the selected billing cycle using the authorised mandate unless cancelled. Prices and taxes are shown before authorisation. Upgrades may take effect immediately; scheduled downgrades and cancellations ordinarily take effect at the end of the current tenure.
Acceptable use
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risk, unlawful use, non-payment or material breach.
Availability and warranties
We work to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis and implied warranties are excluded. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the fees paid for the affected service during the twelve months preceding the event, except where liability cannot legally be limited.
Termination and law
You may stop using the service and schedule cancellation through subscription settings. Provisions intended to survive termination will remain effective. These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India, and disputes are subject to courts having lawful jurisdiction.
