These terms apply to the SaptOne Invoice website and subscription service. If a separate written agreement applies to your organisation, that agreement controls to the extent of a conflict.
Roles
For business records entered by a customer, the customer generally determines why and how personal data is used and acts as controller or data fiduciary; SaptOne Invoice generally processes that data to provide the service. For account administration and our own operations, we may act as an independent controller or data fiduciary.
Processing instructions
We process customer content according to the service agreement, product configuration and lawful customer instructions, including hosting, support, transmission, security and backup activities.
Individual requests
Customers are responsible for responding to requests concerning personal data in their business records. We will provide reasonable assistance where the request requires action within our systems. Account-level requests may be sent to info@saptone.in.
International transfers and providers
Where information is processed across borders, we and our providers use measures required by applicable law. Providers are selected for defined service functions and are expected to protect information appropriately.
India and EEA/UK rights
We address applicable rights under Indian data-protection law and, where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, rights such as access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability subject to legal limitations.
Data processing terms
Business customers requiring a data-processing addendum may contact info@saptone.in with their organisation name, registered account email and applicable jurisdiction.
