These terms apply to the SaptOne Invoice website and subscription service. If a separate written agreement applies to your organisation, that agreement controls to the extent of a conflict.
Information we collect
We collect account and business information you provide, including your name, email address, mobile number, company details, GST information and billing address. We also process the customer, supplier, invoice, inventory and transaction records that you enter into the service.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide invoicing and business-management features, process subscriptions, send service communications, prevent misuse, provide support, improve reliability and comply with applicable law.
Payment information
Subscription payments and mandates are handled by enabled third-party payment gateways. SaptOne Invoice does not store complete card, bank-account, UPI PIN or other payment credentials. We retain gateway references, payment status and billing records needed to operate your subscription.
Sharing and processors
We may share the minimum necessary information with infrastructure, email, SMS, authentication, analytics, support and payment providers acting for us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or during a lawful business reorganisation. We do not sell personal information.
Data retention
We keep information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards where needed for recovery, disputes, security, taxation, accounting or legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and applicable law.
Your choices and rights
You may update account information through the service and request access, correction or deletion by emailing info@saptone.in. Some records may be retained where law or legitimate business obligations require it. We may verify your identity before completing a request.
Security and international processing
We use administrative, technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. Service providers may process information in other locations subject to contractual and legal safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Children
The service is intended for businesses and adults capable of entering a binding contract. It is not directed to children.
